For driver partners

A clear start for every partner.

Understand the partner experience before you join. These website terms explain what to check; your service agreement and local operating conditions must be confirmed during onboarding.

What this page covers

This page covers RideGo's public driver information. The website does not register driver accounts, accept documents, approve vehicles, offer employment or allocate trips. Any partner relationship depends on the agreement provided by the identified service operator during official onboarding.

Onboarding and availability

Check the city launch status and partner app availability. A preview does not mean onboarding is open in your location. Submitting documents, where supported, does not guarantee approval or a particular review time.

Your profile and vehicle

Provide accurate information and current documents through official channels. You are responsible for checking that you have the licence, permissions, insurance and vehicle documents required for the services you intend to provide.

Keep your vehicle roadworthy, follow applicable traffic rules and update details when they change. Do not send identity documents through this public website or to an unverified address.

Safe and respectful conduct

Treat riders and other road users respectfully. Confirm the trip and pickup before starting, use required safety equipment and avoid unsafe or unlawful requests. Protect rider contact and journey information; use it only as needed for the trip.

The website is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate local emergency service when there is immediate danger.

Trips, earnings and payments

There is no guaranteed income, trip volume, hourly rate, incentive or payout schedule on this website. Before accepting trips, review the actual fare calculation, applicable platform charges, payment method, settlement schedule and cancellation rules presented in your partner agreement and app.

Keep trip and payment records and raise any discrepancy through an official support route. Do not rely on website illustrations as earnings estimates.

Your account and responsibilities

Use your own authorised account. Do not share sign-in codes or passwords, impersonate another driver or attempt to bypass document review. The app's published agreement should explain eligibility, account restrictions and the process for raising a complaint or review request.

See website privacy and account deletion information. App data processing and record retention require an app-specific notice.

Questions and updates

Read the terms presented during onboarding before agreeing to provide services. These public website terms do not replace that agreement or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
