1. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to the public pages served from www.ridego.app. These pages provide information about RideGo and links to help, contact and legal material.
The rider app, driver app, ride booking, payments, driver onboarding and account services are separate product experiences. Their privacy practices require confirmed, app-specific information and are not described by this website-only notice.
2. Information used to deliver the website
When a browser requests a page, the hosting and network services that deliver it may process basic technical information needed to return the page, protect the service and diagnose faults. This can include an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device details, and error or security events.
The public pages do not currently provide account sign-in, live ride booking, payment, location entry or a contact form. As a result, this website does not intentionally ask you to enter those details through its page interface.
3. External resources and links
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser sends network requests to Google to retrieve the font styles and files, including technical information such as your IP address and browser headers. See Google Fonts privacy information. Images hosted on this website are requested from the website host. Links that take you to an app store or another website are governed by that service's own privacy information.
Only use download, social or support links that show a real destination. Download availability is listed separately for each RideGo app and platform.
4. Cookies, analytics and local preferences
The current public pages do not set cookies, run advertising or analytics scripts, or save information in local or session storage. Basic network information may still be processed by hosting, security and external-resource providers as described above.
5. RideGo app privacy
This page describes the public website only. For the RideGo customer app, including account details, trip locations, identity documents, payment activity, emergency contacts and account deletion, read the customer app privacy policy. A separate notice for the RideGo Captain driver app has not yet been published on this website.
6. Privacy questions and requests
For questions about this website, or to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, email the support address below. Do not send passwords, one-time passcodes, full card details or identity documents by email.
