City and feature availability
Is RideGo available in my city?
Check the city availability section. Only a city marked “Available” is advertised as live. “Launch to be announced” means availability is not confirmed; it is not a booking guarantee.
What do the launch labels mean?
“Coming soon” is a planned release without a guaranteed date. “Limited preview” means restricted testing. “Temporarily unavailable” means service is paused. Ride categories and features have separate availability labels.
Are all features available with every ride?
No. City, ride type, app release and device can affect availability. Check the feature status on the website and the details actually shown in your app.
Downloading the apps
Where are the Android and iOS download links?
Visit the app section. RideGo for riders and RideGo Partner have separate Android and iOS statuses. An official store button appears only when that specific release is confirmed and its listing is available.
Why is there no download QR?
A QR is shown only when it points to a confirmed store listing. If there is no live listing, this site does not display a download code. Use only the official links published in the app section.
Does the phone preview book a ride?
No. The interactive phone panels illustrate the experience and are labelled as concepts until official app screenshots are supplied. They do not display live fares, driver locations or trip availability.
Before you ride
How do I check a fare or payment method?
Review the details shown for your actual booking in the app. This website cannot provide a live quote. Check any fees, payment options and cancellation conditions before confirming.
What should I check at pickup?
Compare the driver and vehicle details with your booking. Keep sign-in codes private. Any trip-start verification should be used only through the official flow and at the correct stage of the trip. Read the Rider Terms.
For driver partners
Can I join as a driver now?
Check the partner app status and your city's availability first. This website does not accept onboarding documents. Approval depends on the official review process when onboarding opens.
What will I earn?
This site makes no earnings or trip-volume guarantee. Fare calculations, charges and payout terms must be reviewed in the official partner agreement. Read the Driver Terms.
Support and your account
How do I contact RideGo?
Use the Contact Us page for the official support channel and its current availability. No request is submitted just by opening this website.
How can I delete an account?
Read the Account Deletion page. It identifies the current request route, the information needed and what remains to be confirmed about app data retention.
Is this an emergency service?
No. If you are in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Website help and email are not emergency response channels.
